Installation services are available for all of our machinery. We will dispatch a technician to the buyer's facility for onsite assembly and configuration. The buyer is responsible for round-trip tickets, meals, and lodging costs.
We advise buyers to send their own technicians to our factory for operational training. Our technical staff will provide hands-on instruction until the learner is proficient. Operational training during the installation phase at your facility is also supported.
All machinery is backed by a one-year warranty. A toolbox containing common replacement parts is supplied alongside each machine. In case of any components failing, send photos or videos of the issue, and replacement parts will be delivered within 3-7 express working days.
