The standard product warranty is 1 year. The warranty can be optionally extended with an additional 5% cost per year.

We provide free technical consultations and comprehensive online support. Overseas onsite technical installation and support can also be arranged with necessary travel and labor costs covered.
What is the average delivery lead time?
For equipment currently in stock, shipment takes 5-10 days. If out of stock, it takes 15-20 days for small format machines, 30 days for large format machines, and 7 days for personal care products.
Do you offer product samples?
Yes, we can provide samples for certain standard items free of charge, provided the customer covers the freight and transport costs.
What are the standard payment terms?
For orders below 5000 USD, 100% advance payment is required. For orders of 5000 USD and above, we require a 50% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining balance cleared prior to shipment.
