We have a specialized and independent department for shipping the buyer's goods. The workers know T/T and L/C items well. All export documents can be made perfectly. We cooperate with leading shipping companies to provide the best and most economical shipping methods to the buyer's port.
Installation services are available with all our machines. We can dispatch technicians to the buyer's factory for installation and pre-operation. The buyer needs to cover round-trip tickets, food, and hotel costs.
We advise that the buyer send their own technician to our factory to learn how to operate the machines. Our technician will teach and train the learners hands-on until they can operate the machine independently. Training during the installation period is also acceptable.
Our machine guarantee period is one year. Easily-worn spare parts will be prepared in the tool box together with the machines. If any parts break, simply send pictures or a video, and the free replacement parts will reach you within 3-7 express working days.
A: Usually we finish production within 30 days after receiving your 30% advance payment. The final delivery date is checked according to our current stock and production plan.
A: We accept T/T (30% in advance and 70% balanced against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and Cash.
A: All our machines have a one-year guarantee, starting from the completion of installation.
A: We will express-ship free replacement parts during the warranty period.
A: For flexo printing, slitting, and die-cutting machines, only one person is needed to operate each machine.
A: We can still provide service. However, if overseas on-site service is required after the warranty, the buyer needs to pay a salary of 100 USD/day to our technician, in addition to visa, air tickets, hotel, and food costs.
