Paper Feeding Unit

The enlarged paper feeding head (Feeder head) has 9 suction nozzles applicable for paper in different thicknesses and 5 paper-feeding nozzles, which can be independently adjusted for parallel paper feeding. It also has 4 paper lifting nozzles, which can move up and down in a large stroke especially applicable for small-corrugated paper. The large power compressor provides a high suction force. It can be conveniently adjusted; paper can be divided reliably, and it runs fast and stable.

By the special secondary paper feeding and preliminary paper stacking, the primary and secondary can be shifted to ensure uninterrupted paper feeding.

To improve the working efficiency, paper feeding and collecting are realized by Taiwan Chenggang dual-speed reduction motor, which provides a long service life and a high torsional force, and it saves time due to its high lowering speed.

Paper Conveying Unit

The paper conveying part is made of stainless steel plate to prevent rust and provide stable and correct paper conveying.

Paper is positioned by a pushing unit and a pulling unit, which can be shifted, conveniently for different specifications of paper.

Die-cutting Unit

The steel wall plate is applied (rejecting cast wall plates because of their low pulling force and high deformation). The pulling/pressing force is enlarged, becoming firm and endurable without any deformation.

Upgraded to automatic pressure regulation and automatic front scale regulation, upgrading it into a convenient and favorable digital device with high controlling speed.

The oil route is forcibly lubricated by a high-pressure oil pump made in Taiwan to reduce wear. An oil cooler is added to cool the lubricating oil, and the main chain is lubricated timely.

The novel transmission mechanism provides high-speed die-cutting, and the highly precise swing link platform improves the padding speed.

The pneumatic plate locking unit fixes the upper frame firmly and quickly. The front, back, left, and right are pneumatically locked simultaneously.

The paper holding rack chain is imported from Germany, providing a long service life and stable precision.

The Japanese intermittent mechanism improves the die-cutting speed and precision while reducing device noise.

The torque limiter is equipped with overload protection. The Italian pneumatic brake and clutch with SMC rotary joint comply with the European standard, providing fast clutching and low noise.

Electrical Control Unit

The electrical control system features Japan Omron PLC computer automatic control for full detection, alongside a Japan frequency converter with Taiwan main motor.

The human-machine interface displays working conditions, fault positions, and solutions.

Equipped with multiple safety protection units. A visible and audible alarm is triggered at any fault, automatically shutting down the machine.

Paper Stripping Unit

One-time stripping system strips all irrelative paper scraps and waste edges (except held margins) in die-cutting.

The up, down, and middle die cam tri-link transmission system is stable, harmonious, and correct for high power and fast loading.

The stripping frame is pneumatically lifted with a centering unit, shortening the preparation time.

The preliminary loading platform is equipped with a centering unit to facilitate the mounting of stripping plates.

Torque Limiter

Adopt the imported torque limiters to ensure the safety of the machine, reduce damage, and improve service life. It provides high protection for the gripper bar and helps the operator during operations.

Main Transmission Section

This machine design adopts the advanced technology of the gear type synchronous belt drive, comparable to high-grade German designs. Compared with chain designs, performance is greatly improved. It offers stable, safe, low-noise, and long-life operations while avoiding defects like vibration and stretch common in chain designs.
