QHFFG1228 Model High Speed Flexo Printing Slotting Die cutting Machine is designed for standard carton box high-quantity production. It features a Lead edge vacuum feeder unit, printing unit, slotting unit, and rotary die cutting unit.

4. Automatic zeroing device allows correct position adjustment within two test prints, reducing cardboard waste.

5. Automatic induction ink detection system complete with warning lights and alarm bells.

1. Self-locking functionality; the preload and quick adjustment mechanism ensures long-term accuracy between the disc and the shaft, reducing paper cracking during pressing.
2. Synchronized left and right intersections, axial movement, enabling simultaneous adjustment of upper/lower pressure line wheels and slotting knives via the functional control panel.
3. Planetary gear phase adjustment mechanism with digital display for electric adjustment of slotting phase and height.

1. Die cutter phase employs a gear system with 360-degree electric adjustment.
2. Automatic roller lifting mechanism when feeding stops to reduce wear and damage.
3. Rubber plate roller can adjust laterally by 30mm, ensuring blades cut in different positions.
4. Designed with different diameters for upper and lower rollers but identical line speed to keep die knives running smoothly, ensuring uniform plate grinding.
5. Line speed compensation system compensates for rubber roller diameter changes.
