Feeding Unit

OPTION F1: NON-CRUSH LEAD EDGE FEEDER WITH SERVO MOTOR

China Invention Patent Technology: Extended Servo Free Pressure lead edge feeder system features a multi-row Paper Wheel. Each row of paper wheels has an independent servo motor drive to achieve extended paper feed, which greatly improves the compressive capacity of the carton.

Negative pressure suction auxiliary paper adjusts based on cardboard bending conditions.
Variable frequency adjusts the vacuum negative pressure value, ensuring smooth insertion of different flute cardboards.
The electric control machine is clutched with an alarm system.
The drive shaft is attached to a friction clutch to avoid operational error and machine damage.
Pressure interlocking device and main motor frequency control attached to the motor boot protection device.

Printing Unit - Top Print/Vacuum transfer

The surface of the steel pipe is ground and plated with hard chrome, featuring high-speed dynamic balance correction for smooth operation.
Vacuum suction ceramic roller transmission with a multi-row interval roller arrangement reinforces cardboard transfer stability.
The print phase is controlled by PLC with 360° adjustment.
Equipped with an automatic reset system (wiped version memory reset) cleaned during the printing process.

Slotting Unit - One unit

Slotting phases adopt a planetary gear structure with digital 360° electrical adjustment (adjustable during running or standby).
Slotting tool rest, pressure wheel, and horizontal movement are adjusted via coordinated electrical mechanisms.
Option: Computerized double shaft slotting adjustment.

Die-cutting Unit - One unit

Die cutting department features a free-version slotting computer adjustment structure.
The distance between the fixed screw holes of the die cutter is 100×100 mm; the applicable height of the cutter is 25.4 mm.
Wooden die thickness: 16~18 mm (for three-layer board) or 13~15 mm (for five-layer board).
Pre-pressing, forming, and slotting knife edge feature a one-key computerized synchronization adjustment.
Option: Independent servo drive for more stable operation and higher printing accuracy.
