Key Features

1. Printing part full servo motor control
Press enables to print any repeat within the minimum and the maximum size of the machine, totally eliminating the old gears limitations such as obtaining any intermediary size. Furthermore, it's even possible to print different lengths within a suggested tolerance by using the same print sleeves. All the motors are synchronized to rotate at same peripheral speed and their angular positions are constantly driven by a centralized electronic system throughout the feedback of encoders.

2. Immediate job changes
Fast job change, easy to operation, no tools needed. Practical and intuitive supports opening system, without the necessity of long procedures and electronic sequences. No hydraulic device, extreme safely. Minimize the number of components, high maintainability.

3. Rigid and Compact structure
The printing units are anchored to the lateral frames by precision linear guides, to ensure the proper rigidity necessary to perform a high print quality. One the rear side each unit is anchored by two linear guides one located below and the other above, offering a solid supporting structure to the mandrels during the sleeves replacement operation.

The printing units do not use any hydraulic device, do not require the use of any tool for operational activities, and minimize the number of components. All the components of the positioning and control system are located outside the supporting frames, providing total separation and protection from the ink handling areas, and easy accessibility for maintenance.
