This CI flexo printing machine was built with flexible packaging in mind. It runs dual-station unwind and rewind units, so roll changes happen without stopping the line — which matters a lot when you're doing high-volume runs. Color registration stays accurate even when speed climbs up to 350 m/min, largely thanks to the central impression drum design. Tension is managed automatically throughout the web path, and the hot-air drying system is modular, so it adapts to different job requirements. As for materials, it handles PE, BOPP, CPP, PET, PVC, and similar films without issue.

What kind of film materials does this machine use?
It's built for flexible plastic films — PE, BOPP, CPP, PET, PVC are all standard. Laminated materials used in food and industrial packaging also run fine on this machine.
Why does the dual-station unwind/rewind matter?
Essentially, it eliminates the need to halt the machine for roll replacements. The transition occurs seamlessly, allowing the line to keep operating. This translates to reduced downtime and fewer disruptions.
How fast can this machine print?
Up to 350 meters per minute. That said, actual speed depends on the material you're running and what print quality you need — pushing to max speed on a detailed job isn't always the right call.
What inks can I use?
Both water-based and solvent-based inks work. Which one makes more sense for you really comes down to your substrate and whether you have environmental or regulatory constraints to consider.
Can the machine be customized?
Yes — that's actually one of the more common requests we get. Color stations (anywhere from 4 to 8), web width, drying configuration, and automation level are all adjustable based on what your production line actually needs.
